Trainee Adventure Education Instructor
Ndubaluba Outdoor Centre, part of Chengelo School, requires a Trainee Adventure Education Instructor.
The Ndubaluba Trainee Instructor will train and develop as an outdoor activities instructor to assist in running the Ndubaluba Adventure Education Programme. They will also be, a positive Christian role model interacting with groups from 4+ yrs to adults.
The Job will involve working with young people in the outdoors (bush environments), as well as having input in all areas of organizing and running adventure courses. Some work will also involve trips and expeditions off site with varying working hours.
The successful applicant should be teachable and committed to training and development. They should be self motivated, and determined with ability to work well in a team. An adventurous spirit is necessary that is willing to support the vision of the center and have an impact on Zambia.
Applicants should also have experience with working with children/youth and ideally have a formal teaching qualification.
