Twaambo Chikoye addresses the Duke of Edinburgh, in London

International Youth Award

In November 2006 President Mwanawasa visited Chengelo to present the prestigious International Youth Award (IYA) Gold Award to 9 of our students. This was followed up this July when one of these 9, Twaambo Chikoye, was invited to St. James Palace in London as guest speaker to address the Duke of Edinburgh on the occasion of the 20th Anniversary of the Award Scheme.

Chengelo is very proud of Twaambo who represented the School and Zambia admirably. Congratulations to him and our best wishes for his future!
